took some pics of my coin collection today, and i thought I'll post the pics of the Israeli coins i have, well almost all of the Israeli coins them ware in use since 27 till' today (allot of coins).

That's pretty interesting. Did Israel start minting coins in 1948? I'm curious what kind of coins you find previous to that year? Of course considering the history of that area the age of things you could find makes my head spin!

before 48, the coins had "Palestine" not Israel written on them.
