On the way to work I stopped back by that old church in Plaza where I got the 36-D a couple days ago.....figured there's gotta be more i missed.
Within a few minutes of swinging i got a early wheatie signal that sounded like it was partially masked by something.....one of those signals you'd normally miss. It was showing 7" too so i thought there was hope.
Fumbled around a bit trying to find my target which i thought for sure was an early wheatie but ended up being a heck of a nice 1902 Indianhead with an awesome green tone on the obverse.
The hunt was well worth it right there!
I came across a 1920-S wheat as well which sweetened the hunt.... i needed that one for my wheat album of detecting finds.
Not bad for 30 minutes [emoji106]
