Decent pin pointer options.

The "Carrot" is the "Pro Pointer AT". I think the biggest difference between it and Garrtets Pro pointer II is the carrot is waterproof to 10 foot and the pro pointer II is just water resistant.

I prefer the Whites TRX. It detects off the tip, kind of like a flashlight beam. I think it makes it easier to find a target in the side of a hole. Carrot users may disagree but most agree your'e better off getting a top of the line pinpointer, either the carrot or the trx.

Recently bought a new Pro pointer II. My original pro pointer lasted 7 years before it crapped out & thats with once a week useage, pretty reliable, the new one comes with a 2 year warranty also.
