which one are you referring to?

How much does it weigh? If it's close to 158 grains, I'd guess that it's a .38spl wadcutter.

Hmmm, good question. I don't have scales but it is .375" diameter so it would make sense to be a 38. It is not a flat nose though. Its been fired and hit something. The color seems right to be Civil War.

I just need a resource to search this stuff out.

There was a bullet used in the CW that was called a 3 Ringer and that would appear to fit, however, I think it was more in the .45 cal. range with respect to size.
