Need Help on CW Bullet ID

All you bullet experts out there probably will be able to identify the bullet in the middle between the 2 Sharp's. So far, I am having no luck. I found all three in the same area.

It has a solid flat base and weighs 22 grams.

I found a ruler that shows mm's and it is 14mm wide at base. Any ideas?

Looks like a mangled sharps to me.
