What would be better? The NEL snake or the sharpshooter for coins in very iron infested parks.

sharpshooter is the better general coil and an inch deeper. snake is better for extreme trash/iron. Guess it depends what coils you currently have as well. I use a snake for trash, 10" stock for general, and 11dd for open spaces like fields greenspace to work fast and cover ground.

Right now I have the stock and 11 inch DD. I guess it wouldn't hurt to get the snake and sharpshooter.

I canceled the order actually. I talked to someone at FT and he enlightened me to the Fisher coils that work with the omega so I will try those first. I really don't like DD coils.
