cleaning clad over the miles

Just to share something to people who like to "kill 2 birds with one stone"

last week i started jumpin on the treadmill a few times a week for Exercise, just a little while at a time....so i decided to throw all my dug clad in a gatorade(plastic) bottle with some vinagar,touch of dishsoap and some fine to pea sized gravel and sand , laid the bottle on the treadmill while doin my miles...and wham......after a couple times on the treadmill for 20 minutes i couldnt believe how shiny the clad was...incredible....all goin towards my new AT-Pro

It may be easier to just put the bottle on the treadmill and then go watch tv in the other room for an hour or 2. Easier on the joints :laughing:
