5.75 Tesoro WIDE SCAN on Wet Sand?

I have two 5.75 coils, concentric, and a wide scan for my Tesoro..I was told the wide scan will work better on wet salt beaches due to both the coil configuration and size..Concentrics are supposed not be stable on wet salt beaches...Any ideas? The wide scan does work better on the piles the township road crew dumped.. Concentric falses quite a bit... Thanks, cordially Nad
