Default Magnifier

Happened to stop by Big lots the other day. I found this cheap lighted magnifier for three dollars. It would be handy to have along to check your finds. In the picture the light is not on.

I have had the same magnifying glass for 20 years. It has slowly made its way from a dresser drawer to the kitchen table where it gets used damn near every day.

Most smartphones have a magnifier now. It's usually buried in your widgets menu till you attach it to a main screen. Will even take photo's too.

TrailDuster,

Thanks for that idea. I have, with only "marginal" success, used my camera app on my phone when in the field. But, never really thought about trying to find a "magnifier" app. I did a bit of research, and found one on the app store that I downloaded. I tested it on a few coins, and it is going to work PERFECTLY, for my needs.

Thanks!

Steve

I bought one at my local coin store for $10.00, works great!
