So hard to choose

I found a guy w/ a white's prism II for sale, he was asking 200 but since thats what it sells for now I made a counter offer of 120. Keep in mind I am looking for something to start out with and if I like it i'll have no problem ebaying it 2 months from now. If he accepts should I take the deal\ or should I buy decadude's ace 250 for 175 bucks?

The Ace 250 has a depth indicator and the White's Prizm II doesn't. A friend on this forum has the Prizm II and I've heard him remark that he'd like to have it.
