What's a good dual port power bank for the NOX?

I was looking on ebay and there's so many and who knows how well they hold up. What's a good one without breaking the bank that will charge my nox and headphones at the same time (dual 2.1A output)? And one that's not too big and heavy that I can attach to the armrest if the nox's internal battery runs out.
