Sidewalk tearout another first!!!!

Today I went out for 25 min to hit a small sidewalk tearout. They already put up the steel forms so I could only detect the middle of the path. I ended up pulling only 1 good coin a 1870 shield nickel another first for me. Also got 2 surface finds 2 mables one of them might be rare I have never seen one like it. Here's the pictures!!

Nice nickel, still waiting for my first shield.
I found a very similar marble this morning too, but mine is whole:lol:

Sweet find! Keep hitting it often, as there will be more finds there for sure. Oh, and dig everything! Signals on construction sites are not always what they appear. Good luck!
 
Sidewalk

Thanks all that marble I found wasn't broke just flat on one side almost looks like those fish tank rocks but its not.

Great finds!! I am also doing tearouts atm. Some long stretches absolutely nothing and others:)

Also check to see where they are dumping the earth they pull out. We easily got permission to dig thru the dirt piles and have found more coins that way.
