Default Silvers #4-7 and a little 925

Last week i decided to just make my rounds to my go-to spots to satisfy the itch to get out. Didnt put any effort into researching new spots like i wanted.

First came the '63 Rosie (#4) at a soccer field ive had great success at in the past. Signals are getting fewer and farther between here. Was 6+ inches down right smack in the middle of the field. Close by was the sterling Camp Fire Girls "Wood Gatherers" ring as id'd by Voriax here on the forum. Thanks again!

Few days later i made time and researched a new spot. The site was a little higher in elevation but knew that wasnt going to happen since we got a dusting of snow at my place. So i went to a local baseball field that has been producing for me and scored the Mercs, a '19 S (#5) and '35 S (#6). Both were at average depth, but one was right up against the outfield fence so all i was hearing was an occasional high tone as i swung close to the chain link. The other was out near where the warning track would be but the grass was so boggy last time it was like walking on a water bed. Terra firma this time.

Yesterday i tried the higher elevation spot i had planned for earlier in the week, and struck out. So back to my ballfield. This time i worked more of the area that had been super soggy in past trips now that its had some time to dry out and was rewarded with a '14 S Barber dime (#7). Only my 4th Barber dime ever so I was happy.

Thanks for looking and happy hunting!
