Hi all!

I just received my Fisher F22 in the mail today and went out for my first session. I live in a craftsman bungalow home built in 1917, so I figured there may be a few decent finds in my own backyard. I found plenty of clad (1970-2000s), a ton of toy metal cars some kid buried circa 1980, and a very odd coin tin that I need help identifying. Has anyone ever seen anything like this? Search engines yield nothing, so I'm assuming it may be rare.. but also worthless in its current condition. If anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated!

A very cool piece of history so congrats.
I have found 2 kinds, one called a pocket bank, one called a barrel bank.
Dime banks were another version among many.
Used in the earlier part of last century for advertising and to increase business.
You add coins to these things and supposedly only the bank tellers were able to open them when you filled them up...but in reality they were easy to break into.
