Well, I had been going through a drought of late but just had a really good turn around. Silver's 15, 16, 17, and 18 for the year as well as Gold item number 5 for the year. The surprise item of the day was the 1943 Australian 3 pence which turns out is 92.5 in silver content. This thing is thin and tiny! I thought I had a half dime when I saw it in the hole. Scored my second Barber quarter for the year which also happens to be my oldest silver coin to date (1896 O mint). Also scored my second walking liberty quarter which is dateless. I nicked the 1954 Rosie pretty good but it was in hard packed dirt that was 6-7 inches down, so I am ok with it. I also scored the 10k gold heart charm which was only 2 inches deep. Other finds include a plated locket and some sort of automotive charm that says "Your Car Performs Best on Lion Blend 520". 7 wheat's cap out the trip. All in all, it was a good time!
