Hey Detectorists ...

how do I set my detector (nox 800) to detect shielded wires (like those you use for your earphones) ?

maybe I'll try the gold 2 modes .... nope!

Tiny fine wiring is hard to pick up, you’ll be lucky to get a response at all in any mode. Just not enough mass in one specific spot for the machine to see. Making things worse...the individual tiny wire filaments are separated from each other within the cord, so now the mass is very very light.
