I've found its really hit and miss...
I hardly ever get the notification...
It might have something to do with only using part of a poster's post...

Same here. I will get them maybe 90% of the time, but every couple of days I will notice a couple that don't give notifications.

Just a little tip when quoting...
Always be sure to include proper punctuation, even something as small as an apostrophe can make a huge difference! Also, even when all the proper grammar, and punctuation is used, things can still be read terribly wrong...

Same. Sometimes I get the notifications, sometimes I don't. I get them more often than not though.
