Today I took my 16 year old son to help with digging and he had a blast :wow:

,which is great because he like many kids today spend too much time in front of the video game. :thinking:

Maybe we need a treasure hunting game for the long cold snowy winter days :snowing:

. Where was I.... Oh yea we found this axe head about 18" down
I could tell by the signal it was some thing wide it was not the usual beep more like beeeep. We also found the other item down about 8" not sure what it is :?:

Im told ithat if you just set those large iron objects outside, in the elements they clean up nicely. It might take a few months though. I glad you have a hobby to share with son.

I agree totally, we went out again today but didn't get to stay long and didn't have much luck. He wants to go back soon. I'm thinking I should buy him a Compadre to keep him interested as long as possible. If he lost interest I would have a great back up detector to use. :lol:
