Found this "Reader's Digest" postage stamp size, sweepstakes token.
There isn't alot of info out there on these, but from what I gather the number on it was used as a sweepstakes entry number.
I actually found 2 of them, but I'm unsure where the other one is, probably in a pile of relics somewhere...
