All the examples I’ve looked at online also have the two little scarf/ribbon ends coming off the back of Charles’s neck pointing to the O and the L; yours points to the A and the R.
I don’t know about this one. There are definite differences that make me suspicious; however, I’m not convinced either way.
I do see little “bubbles” indented in the surface that make it look to me like it could be cast. I see them in the portrait on the obverse. But it’s hard to tell from the image. It could be some form of wear.
