Howdy fellow Detectorists,

For those that may not have seen the announcement, the third season of the British comedy 'The Detectorists' will air in Britain from Nov 8, 2017 through Dec 13, 2017. Whether and where we in the USA might be able to view it remains to be seen. Will advise further if I find it.

Awesome! Last I heard McKenzie had said he didn't know if he would be doing another season or not, glad they did cause its a pretty good show. Last season I had to do a bunch of run-around trying to figure out how to watch it here in the U.S.. I can't remember now exactly how I did it but I think it was using the Tunlr site. Hopefully it still works.

Thanks I tried looking it up and only found some short clips I'll follow your link tomorrow and check it out.

What is this, "Time Team" you speak of?

This British series dates back to 1994, but it goes back even further -- millions of years in some cases -- as a team of specialists dig deep to uncover as much as they can in three days about a U.K. site's archaeology and history. Actor Tony Robinson is the show's host (or "presenter," as they say in Britain) and unofficial translator, explaining to viewers in layman's terms what the experts come across during the dig.
