New to the forum and to detecting. I just bought a Garrett ACE 400 for my first detector. Anything I need to know about the Garrett 400 that will help me in my hunt? Also, I'm from Topeka, Kansas. Anybody know any good spots close to Topeka that are any good??

Welcome from Northwest Ohio. I also use the ace 400. Take your time getting used to it there is a learning curve but I do like my machine Happy Hunting!
