These were all found at an old 18th century site...

First rang like a coin / button, but looks newer... nothing on back, just the center square looks like it is handcut.

The second pic I think the bottom piece is part of an old knife, the top part of an old file...

Any ideas guys?

I have found an old file and I think the round part with the square cut hole slides on where the handle would be. The one I found obviously did not have the handle but the round piece was still there pushed up to where the file part is squared off. I'm assuming the pointy part of the file is square like the hole in the round piece.

The top bit would have been enclosed in a wooden handle, ring goes on, then the file/blade.

The button with the square center could have been a decoration button used on Native Americans regalia (ceremony apparell). Which to me would be a very cool find, if that were the case.

It's the back of a drawer pull. Goes between the pull and the drawer face. I have some from some old tear drop pulls. Also dug one not to long ago.
