Unknown pin...

Went out in the backyard today and came across this pin. Its rim is just wider that an quarter, and right about the same thickness as a nickel. It has two faces on the front, as well. Here is the best pic I could get...thanks for looking.

It does look similar but I think one of the faces on the coin is a female face...really curious about this. I was so stoked that it was an old coin until I saw the pin still on the back. It was found less than 5 feet from the 1938 Radio Orphan Annie decoder that I found today, as well.

Looks like a coronation medal of some sort. Looks vaguely like George VI but hard to tell...
