I find a lot of unrecognizable things up here, and good ol' Wisconsin clay tends to be rock hard, and turn into a stone like material quite quick, surrounding my targets with this stuff. Next to plutonium and a blow torch with an attitude problem, is there any way of removing this stuff without damaging the target? It seems the water in certain parts of the state multiplies the problem, being as hard as it is. Any help is appreciated.....
