Hey guys, my great-aunt gave several rings to my family to give to me before she died. Is this a cursive "G" or "J"? If it's a G it belonged to my great-great-grandfather. If it's a J to my great-grandfather. I have my great-great grandmother's ring, and my great-grandfather's that his wife gave him on their 25th anniversary. So it could be either be gr-grandpa original ring or gr-gr-grandpa's. The ring is either from 1911 or 1935 based on whomever it belonged to :) i have my own idea on which letter it is but i won't say so as not to bias you.

Nice ring, I would say G

I agree G

G x's 4
Nice ring btw

Thanks Joe! Sadly its missing the stone on the left  Even missing the stone its still pretty darn cool looking

That tail at the bottom looks like a cursive J . A 'G' has no tail.

Looks like you nailed it Diggin Rich

Definitely a G, very nice ring:yes:

Another vote for "G".....

Thanks everyone! To DigginRich especially :)

My suspicion was G. I'm so happy that's what it is! I'd always wished I had a ring belonging to my Gr-Gr-Grandfather Glen so this was amazing finding it literally right under my nose!
