Unsure on what this is !!

I was detecting along a creek in gowanda new york during a lunch break and found this and a rusty belt buckle.
I'm a bit unsure what this is or what time period it comes from. It appears to be copper on slate.

This is also a great candidate for the flour trick....dust with regular white flour and it should pop out contrast in the design. Post it if you do!

It appers to be a laundry AD printing plate. COPYRIGHT A.P.S.C. CO. ? Thank you for that tip it looks amazing like this. Does anyone have any idea what year this was made ?

That's a cool find! You need to put white paint on it then wipe it off all the high spots and display it that way!
