Been detecting for about 4 years,This is a great site and i am looking forward to being a member. I did get out for a couple hrs in the last couple days as the temps were in the 40s found some soft sand and had to go.:digginahole:

Hi and Welcome,

I to am from WI but the ground here has been to hard to dig. Bums me out because I and new and ready to get hunting.

We are leaving for Texas and then FL sometime in mid Feb.

We bought two dectors so the wife and I are making the rest of winter a learning period with MD's.

Welcome to the forum from NE Texas. Weather here today is in the 60's but tomorrow the high will be in the 40's and then back to the 60's in the weekend. No worry about frozen ground so come on down and stay awhile !!
