Found this in a local park. The park does have an old scout hut, I'm not sure it's still in use, there are an awful lot of bums who sleep on the benches near the hut. Anyhow this was found on the opposite side of the park from the hut. Any idea it's age or what the pin stands for? It looks like the guy is trying to climb or something.
