How'd you work that deal?! I don't know of any place that would touch that rod for under $30, and would probably be more like $40+.

Tested it last weekend. I replaced the bolts that came with the shaft lock with marine grade stainless. It worked great and I do hip mount it. The handle came from a spare shaft that I bought from someone a while back. Not sure what it is, but its solid and works great.
