Default Gut Pile Ring

I am a new member and new to detecting, have a AT Max I bought two months ago, having a great time, some 1800 stuff found already. I have a close friend from childhood who told me he lost his wedding ring when cleaning an elk, he thinks, the ring was lost 20 years ago and has his grandmothers diamond in it. We have hunted this area all of our life and waited for yesterday when they opened the gates for the summer, shorter walk we are getting old, after five minutes of detecting we had the ring, we walked out in disbelief, his wife with us, the smiles paid for the detector, not to mention the other fun I have been having.

That is an absolutely AMAZING story. I'm so glad you found it, and so "easily" too. Congrats.
