Hit some woods today with my F75, found a bunch of trash, there was still 6in of snow on the ground so I know depth was hurting but I did manage to pull a 1930's looking "Fire Dept. Boy Fire Chief" Badge, its pretty cool, I got really excited when I seen the copper badge thinking possibly a civil war ID badge or maybe a vintage Police badge but im still pretty happy. That was all as far as finds my cousin and uncle with a Garrett 150 and 250 spent a lot of time digging but the place was littered with trash and we spent most of the day digging cans and tabs. Im trying to take a pic of it but the cam wont show the features too well.

OK pic added, has anyone found one before? Im guessing 1930's from the art deco looking fire engine.

Who hunt in the snow. The ground is hard and the snow cold but wtg. HH

The woods is great, the dirt is as soft as it is in the summer. Digging is easy, you lose some depth with the snow on the ground but its not too bad.
