I was out hunting the local/secret dirt bike park, and I found this object. It was near a coin spill, and I couldn't figure out what it was. Any ideas?

These are all good guesses, but I can't link to one of them might be those. It is a small skatepark that has been there for a couple of years, and before that it was just the small space that the school owned. It was never used.

I've seen one of those. Don't remember what its called other than its a tester gauge for something.
