Hi Carol, Vlad and everyone,
I recently retired after 34 1/2 years with the State of PA, I've been a treasure hunter for about 40 years and am from PA. I started with an S&H green stamps yellow machine, I couldn't get it to work but Brother, Eric started finding silver quarters. I got a Whites Coinmaster next, then a Fisher's. I moved on to a Minelab Sovereign (Still have "The Monster") and also got a Tesoro Conquistador Umax for competition and just got a Minelab CTX 3030. Eric is considering a new machine. Either a Garrets ATX PRO or a CTX too. Eric's used a Radio Shack TR, Compass Challenger X-100 hip mount, Garret Freedom 3 CDC. We usually field hunt, I also beach comb & competition hunt.
