I found these bars at a flea market a few years back. The seller thought they were stamp plates but they look and feel like silver bars. They appear to be Chinese. Can anyone help figure out that these are? Are they really silver bars? Has anyone seen these before? :?

Those are I believe whats called Chinese Yuanbao/Feng Shui Good Luck Ingots
They are usually made before the Chinese new tear and bought and handed out to friends and family...The Animal pictures on them correspond to whatever year it is..examples...Year of the rat....year of the monkey...year of the horse etc...
In olden days Silversmiths would make them out of Silver or Gold and would stamp on them their equivalency to Chinese money...Newr ones are now made out of many metals including plastics
I don't see a equivalency stamp on them but I would take them to a coin dealer who can assy them to tell you if they are silver
