I broke my 800 cuff while still under warranty, was promptly sent a new one but wondered if I could repair the old one with my recently purchased 3d printer. What I came up with seems to work well with the break on the side. I've been using the repaired one but also put them on the new one as preventative and keep it along as backup. I only have about 10hrs on the repaired cuff but so far so good. Also printed ear stiffeners for the nox 15" coil as preventative, they were not broken yet, so far so good on those too and I've been banging the hell out it. Will see how they all hold up in the long term. Will report back if they fail. All printed with petg filament.

What sort of glue did you use to fasten the parts on with?

So far the two sets of parts are holding up well. Am still using the repaired arm cuff exclusively. I occasionally switch coils but don't expect any issues with the reinforced tabs. Appreciate the positive comments!
