What a day yesterday! I found eight bullets total in a new spot, but two were exceptional. One was ornately carved, and I noticed that the number 66 was carved in it. After a little research, the 66th Indiana was involved in the battle that took place here in my hometown. Not far from finding it, I found another that was flattened out and was carved by the same person. Best day I have had digging relics in quite a while.

Awesome finds for sure. I have found a few 3 ringers, both fired and dropped ones. Still waiting on a carved one though. Congrats!

That is one of the coolest carved bullets i have seen. I have found a couple carved but nothing like that.

Wow. Those are some of the coolest finds I’ve ever seen. Kudos. I did not even know carved bullets were a thing. Add that to the bucket list.

basically a "trench art" category. I have a few now from one of my civ hot spots. I have a wine class, a fish face, necklace charm, arrow head, and a couple others I am forgetting. I enjoy them because it is more of a personal thing to find from someone.
