It was recently one of those days, I'm sure we all have them...... For ages I had been swinging yet nothing was dinging. Foiled by foil I was giving up when my ever faithful ATG gave me an audible nudge. Not a great tone by any means but something was there..... At about 3" down and in the back of the hole, my Pro Pointer found the smallest hammered coin I have ever found! A Soldino of Michele Steno.

It is a little crusty but identifiable.

I would love to dig virtually any hammered coin....one day I hope.
