Back to the old lake today, it was just gorgeous out I played in the water for several hours. Nice old 14k 2.8 grams, a cub scout sterling ring and assorted clad. The Gold ring had this flat black stone in it and when I rubbed the mud off it the stone just disintegrated into a black cloud in the water.
It was pretty freaky. Man. :shock:

Sweet gold man! I hit the lake out here and dang it I couldn't find any gold, not for lack of trying!

Bizarre, right? :lol: For whatever reason my cheapie waterproof Nikon makes my wet hands look purple unless they are in direct sunlight.
Other folks have commented on the same thing. :grin:
