found this button in one of my fields on my property. can anyone give me any info about it. did electrolysis on it and it is copper. It came from the same field i found a badly corroded large cent which is pretty much unrecognizable. the one side of this button says london on it any help would be appreciated. thanks

hello Stikes it is extremely hard to determind the age of those type of buttons , flat
no maker name or mark and then no shank to boot . but if i had to make a guess i'd say early 1800's to about 1840's , sorry i can't be more help . Dan
