Found my first barber dime

Went for a quick hunt this morning to an old school. While searching under a huge oak tree I get a faint sounding high tone on the AT Pro. VDI was locked on 81 and not budging. Depth was fluttering between 8" - 10". Before I could start digging my phone rang so I took the call and walked over to my truck. The call took longer than planned so I completely forgot about my previous target and went back to hunting as soon as the call ended. About 15 minutes later I remembered Went back over and found the spot....8" later out popped my first barber dime. 1907 D. Glad I remembered ....

Congrats on your first Barber!! Still searching for my first one, lol. Surprised it locked on 81 on the ATPro - that a regular dime on mine. All silvers dimes lock on 83 on my Pro. Guess I better make sure I dig all 81s lol. Congrats!!
