A buddy & I tried out a new spot today. Not a new area but a new field that we've never hunted before. We got into some relics for sure. It's been a while since I've dug three buttons in the same day. It was almost dark when a older gentleman walked up to us. He had to be in his seventies & climbed the fence to boot. He said he lived across the street from the pasture we were hunting. He said he hunted it years ago. I said so your the guy who beat this place up. We laughed & told us about what he had dug there. Telling us some things we already knew but some not. He said the camp was on the hill behind us & we weren't in it. Lol So I think we're going to go back & get up in the hill like he said. Happy New Years members may all of us fill our pouches next year. HH Tim

That's a real nice day of hunting, and possibly more to come. Man hope you hit the mother load, good luck and HH buddy.

Looks like you're in a nice CS spot.

Love those "So Called" Georgia Teat Base bullets!

Most excelent!

Old buddy there might be a little cross contamination from some rebs that were in the area but it's yanky as it gets. We've found some dropped Gardner's on this property but it's a big Union camp.
