Hello all.

Out with a buddy trying out the T2 SE, I with the ATG, on a late Friday afternoon for a couple of hours. The field becomes more quiet on each visit but still gives something of interest. I did well for buttons but none were fancy. A couple of George 3rd coppers and half a bull's nose ring also furnished the old finds pouch. I was chuffed with the half of a Guardsman, silver brooch and what looks like a belt/strap mount. I also had two mashed thimbles.

It has been a wet weekend so have been stuck in.

Many thanks,

b.

Nice finds.

It wouldn't pay for me to live in Europe.
I would hunt myself to death.
With all the older history finds possible.

Congrats

Always look forward to your posts.
How long have you been hunting this field?
Great hunt

Nice to know buddy. We have only made a couple of visits. It is about to be ploughed so we are doing what we can. I shall return later today but not sure if there is any more to recover.

Beautiful finds there! Congrats!

Thank you but I do worry..... Firstly, you guys have had so much on you plates lately, and boy, the latest news...... My heart goes out to you all.

My worry is, do you guys really enjoy my photos and accounts of hunts? I wonder that if my posts are featured, folks won't comment.....
