Scored a couple of nice finds on one of my ocean night hunts. The silver ring looks like it could have some age to it but I'm not sure. I acid tested the pendant for silver and it checked out.

My favorite find of the night, however, is the coral encrusted pop top lol... I wonder how long it took for that to happen? Have you guys ever found pop tops like this?

Silver ring is nice! I've never seen a pull tab get like that. :wow:

Ebay! Somebody will buy that to put in their salt water aquarium!
Good to see you are having some success with your night hunting Josh!

Yeah, crazy right? Decided to add it to my display case...

Lol, you're probably right. I bet they'd pay top dollar for it too, saltwater aquariums are $$$.

Thanks, it is nice to finally find something on a night hunt. I've probably been out 10 times now. Still can't seem to get sharks out of the back of my mind :?:

Is the ring marked 925 or sterling? Typically items marked "sterling" tend to be a bit older pre 60s, unless accompanied by their location i.e. mexico, thailand, etc. as the newer designed use the standard 925.

Judging by the design of that ring though, I'd say she's been down there for quite a while and is tipping more towards the vintage category. Lovely ring!

Josh you ever want someone to tag along let me know. This way you have a 50/50 chances of a shark not getting you :D .
