WWI & WWII Bullets (Picture Heavy)

Hello all..

I am currently in Scotland and brought my 250. Haven't gotten out as much as I would have liked to, but got out yesterday and went to a WWI/WWII bunker site. Here is the info on it.

Nice little collection, the sixth pic are .50 cals casing. The fourth pic are .50 cal slugs I believe,the last one in the row is armor piercing and the first one might be incendiary/armor piercing but I can't tell for sure. Those are the only American shells I see. It is wired seeing bullets that dont come to a Sharp point. The Italian rounds I have found look the same (rounded in the end). Cool digs!

Thanks. I was really excited to dig them for sure. I'm going to a spot in a few minutes that dates back to early 1500s and hopefully it will produce some old coins.

Great finds! That is a lot of lead! I would like to dig some place like that at some point in time.

You would love it here. Last year someone found a few rifles in great condition and a few grenades as well.

I only hunted for about an hour and did not cover much space at all. I'm sure there are hundreds of thousands of rounds there.
