Got another Merc today.

I've only been at this for a little less than a year and time is limited by kids,

work etc. so I consider myself extremely fortunate just to be out. So I am pretty stoked when I find something good, like this Mercury dime, my 2nd of 2017!

That had to be a hart stopper seeing the date 1916,
Then a big

sunken hart seeing that "S" mint instead of a "D"mint

lol I love getting the 1916! I always sit down an prepare myself for what could be but then get disappointed, but hey nice coin !

What's pretty wild to me is that so far (it will be a year in March since I started detecting) I ahve found 4 silver dimes. 3 Mercs, 1934, 1917 and 1916 and 1 Seated 1883. I would have expected to find Rosies, but I'll take it.
