I think that the weights on drivers are usually brass, but not lead??

i am not a golfer but to me it look like a golf shooting base.
from a beginner shooting range...range nr.8 of.......
the dells are from hitting the ball to low?
but i'am only guessing.

I'm pretty sure you can rule out a golf weight, at least as it applies to more modern golf clubs. You would normally put the weight in under the sole plate by drilling a hole and pouring in the weight. To lighten the club, you would drill some out and feel it with glue. But on the wooden shaft clubs I have no idea how they weighted those.
