Hello all!
I have always found looking at the pics of things people find fascinating so I figured I would join the site.
I metal detected when I was a kid with my dad and now I really enjoy doing it every chance I get. I run a CTX 3030 with 6" and love it!
I will posting what I consider to be my best day ever here shortly in hopes of encouraging others.
Until recently I would look at sights like this and think "man, I never get that lucky in one day"...well that changed a couple of days ago. I will post pics in proper section here as soon as I figure out what section to post them in.

Was stationed at a Ft. Benning 1965.

go across the river to older parts of Phoenix City, AL. Should be a fair amouint of silver in the old section of town.
