Back to the cellar holes today. I only had an hour so not a lot of ground covered and a lot of what I did cover I hit before from a different direction but still managed another bit of horse tack for the pile and a bullet I never knew existed, a .44 Henry Flat. It's the largest rim fire I've ever seen.
Also found is what I think to be a WW1'ish eagle (if anyone knows for sure I'd love to know). This one came up about 20 feet from the one I got a few weeks ago.
And about 40 yards from that was what I think to be a General Staff post-Civil War button, based on what I could find on vintagebuttons.net.
