I think I asked this before, but I can't find it. With the popularity of platnum wedding rings these days, how would it show up an my display? Would it show as gold?

Platinum is in the same VDI range as foil or from 0 to plus 8 there abouts.

Well heck, that's not good. I would have just passed that over. Guess I need to dig everything, especially at the beach.

My friends titanium ring comes up as +8, foil, ring on my mxt, his wife lost hers about 4 feet deep in a lake, this should be fun....lol

I always dig everything. Whats the fun in MD'n if you are going to pass over potential finds. (mind you I am a relic hunter so not much is "trash" in my books )
